1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through wearonira.com. The seller is Gerboldt + Thomsen GbR, Steinberg 147, 24107 Kiel, Germany ("ONIRA", "we", "us").
2. Conclusion of contract
The products shown in our shop are not a binding offer. By clicking the order button at the end of checkout, you place a binding order for the items in your cart. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods. We store the contract text and send you the order details by email.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are total prices in euros and include German VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order. Orders of €50 or more ship free of charge.
4. Payment
You can pay with the payment methods offered at checkout, including Shopify Payments (credit and debit cards) and PayPal. Payment is due when you place your order.
5. Delivery
We ship from our own stock in Germany with DHL. We deliver worldwide, with the exception of the United States. Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.
6. Customs and import charges
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are your responsibility.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at onirashop@outlook.com with your order number and a photo so we can find a solution.
9. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in our Refund Policy.
10. Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country in which you are habitually resident.
