We ship all orders from our own stock in Germany with DHL.
Where we ship
We deliver worldwide, with the exception of the United States.
Shipping costs
Orders of €50 or more ship free of charge. For orders below €50, shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery times
Germany: 1–3 business days
European Union: 2–5 business days
International: 4–11 business days
Delivery times are counted from the day after we receive your payment. During busy periods or because of customs checks, delivery may occasionally take longer.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you receive an email with a DHL tracking number. You can also view the shipping status in our shop.
Customs and import charges
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
Packaging
Our shipping packaging is registered under the German Packaging Act (VerpackG) with the Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister, registration number DE1256708145098. We participate in the dual recycling system through Interzero Recycling Alliance GmbH. Please dispose of the packaging through your local recycling collection.
